CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Meeting

The following conditions are valid for groups of more than 10 persons

Number of guests or partecipants

In case of a maximum reduction of the number of diners, equal to 10%, received with 48 hours in advance, no cost will be envoiced. The last number of partecipants communicated to us will be taked into consideration for billing.

Parking

Our structure has two large parking areas for our guests. However, it is advisable to opt for a car sharing to ensure the usability of the parking area for all the guests.

Menu choice

Prices are per person and per menu, to facilitate the success of the event it is preferable to choose only one menu, or a maximum of two. In this case it would be better to know the exact number of people for each menu one week in advance.

Scelta del Menu

I prezzi si intendono per persona e per menu, per facilitare la riuscita dell’evento è preferibile la scelta di un menu unico o al massimo di due. Sarebbe auspicabile, in questo caso, conoscere il numero esatto di persone per ogni menu con una settimana di anticipo.

Numero di ospiti o partecipanti

In caso di una diminuzione massima del numero di commensali, pari al 10%, ricevuta con 48 ore di preavviso, non verrà fatturato alcun costo. L’ultimo numero di partecipanti comunicatoci verrà preso in considerazione per la fatturazione.

Parcheggio

La nostra struttura dispone di due ampie aree posteggio adibite ai nostri ospiti. Si consiglia comunque per garantire la fruibilità della zona parcheggio a tutti gli ospiti, di optare per un car sharing.

In case of a meeting cancellations:

• Free cancellation before 14 days from the event
• Between 13 and 7 days, 25% of the established cost will be invoced
• Between 6 days and 24 hours before the event, 50% of the established cost will be invoiced.
• On the same day, 100% of the room rental and/or conference package will be invoiced

In caso di annullamento di un banchetto:

• From 8 to 20 people expected: between 10 days and 24 hours before the event, 50% of the established cost will be invoiced
• From 20 people expected: between 20 days and 24 hours before the event, 50% of the established cost will be invoiced
• On the same day, 100% of the cost will be invoiced
